Why I’m Starting This Blog (And Why It Scares Me a Bit)

After three decades in music production, I’ve started noticing how much we don’t talk about….the emotional toll, the quiet wins, the unexpected lessons. This blog is my attempt to share what’s on the other side of the desk. It will be reflective, not instructive. But I hope it might offer other creatives in my line of work some re-assurance and clarity around some of the challenges and situations we face all the time.

The reason this is a tad scary, is because it will address some topics which are personal, and not technical. It is an area that I’ve noticed does not really appear much out there, so I hope it helps somebody.
